The Death Eaters were the name given to the most ardent followers of Lord Voldemort. They often wore black hoods and masks with snake-like eye slits to cover their faces, as shown by the ones on the sides of this beautifully sculpted Goblet. The Dark Mark was usually burned into their left forearms, an effigy which can be seen forming the serpentine handle, adorned with Emerald jewels.
